For all employers in Iowa conducting drug or alcohol tests in the workplace, Iowa law requires a 2-hour initial training, and 1-hour annual training thereafter, for all supervisors involved in the process. This webinar is designed to count towards the one-hour annual requirement for supervisors who have had the 2-hour training previously. Ann Kendell will discuss the requirements for having a compliant drug testing program (non-DOT) and what constitutes “reasonable suspicion.” Additionally, Ann will also cover wrongful acts surrounding employee drug testing and issues regarding release of testing information.
