The program offers attendees the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and learn about noise hazards and preventing hearing loss, as well as keep up to date on information as OSHA gives updates. Session topics include: noise exposure introduction; nature of sound, how we hear; recognizing and identifying noise hazards, preventing occupational hearing loss, hierarchy of controls for noise hazards; hearing conservation programs and an exercise on using noise meters.
