Within the commercial construction industry, field workers encounter potentially dangerous and unhealthy conditions every day, the key word being “potentially ”. Ultimately, the actions or lack of actions by employees often determine the risk of any given situation and training often determines the action of employees. In this interactive workshop, we will dive into some of the most common hazards found on commercial construction projects and discuss how risk can be abated and safety behaviors can be improved.
Safety leaders or individuals with safety leadership responsibilities under an alternate title are encouraged to attend the two safety leadership offerings.
