We designed this program for interns as a way to introduce them to MBI and the advocacy, education, and resources we provide to our members. This series helps your interns gain valuable exposure to our association, practice their networking skills, and get a taste of our educational and professional development offerings.
It is our hope that by connecting with these students before graduation, we are expanding our association's reach to the next generation and strengthening the workforce efforts of Iowa's commercial construction industry. Plus, this is a great way to add value to these students' summer internships!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be an intern at an MBI member company.
- Participants must attend all sessions to receive gift upon completion.
- Max (2) interns per company.
