The Annual Winter Conference has become one of the most well-attended trade shows in the entire Midwest, and is a great opportunity for you to reach a large targeted audience in a small amount of time. The 2020 conference will be held at the Prairie Meadows Events and Conference Center in Altoona, Iowa, February 24 – 26, 2020. This location allows all events and seminars to be held on one level, with seminars, exhibits and special events all in close proximity to each other so that attendees do not have to travel between buildings for events and seminars. The Meadows also features onsite hotel accommodations for conference attendees, free adjacent parking, onsite restaurants and entertainment.
Exhibit space for the 2019 conference sold out well in advance, so be sure to indicate your interest for the 2020 event as early as possible by submitting the form below. 2019 exhibitors will have the opportunity to keep their booth space for the 2020 event, but there are always several booth spaces that become available each year. Companies that did not exhibit in 2019, but would like to in 2020, will be contacted in the order in which we receive the form below.
