The Project Source Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is the Project Source? 

The Project Source is a member-exclusive benefit that includes daily and weekly project information for any and all employees of MBI member companies. 

2. How do I sign up and subscribe to The Project Source? 

You can sign up on our website below or by directly emailing Adam DoBraska at ADoBraska@MBI.Build.  

3. How many employees at a company can receive The Project Source? 

Any employee that is employed at an MBI member company can receive The Project Source, but they have to opt in/sign up. 

4. What reports do I get when I subscribe to The Project Source? 

A. The Nightline Report: a notification on all new plans received that day, any new addenda for currently bidding projects, and bidder's lists for all project bidding the following day. Sample HERE.

B. The BidWatch Report: provides daily low bid results on as many projects as we can collect. Sample HERE

C. The Notice to Bidder Report: an exact copy of all Notice to Bidder documents that were received the previous business day. Sample HERE

D. The E-Source Weekly Project Report: a publication provided on a weekly basis that contains detailed descriptions of every currently bidding project in the network. This information is sourced by architects, engineers and building owners. Sample HERE.

E-SOURCE WEEKLY PROJECT REPORT

This publication is provided to members on a weekly basis and contains detailed descriptions of every currently bidding project in our network. This information is assembled by our own Project Information Specialists using contacts with architects, engineers and building owners. These contacts allow us to track projects from their initial concept all the way through the bid date.
