Building, Keeping and What Kills Culture. We'll unpack the difference between Love and Kindness, how we bake culture into the hiring process, pivoting from trying to motivate our teams to empowering them, and turning the growth of our company into a "human process." Additional topics of discussion: Why we do what we do, and Psychology of High-Performance Teams.
Learning Objectives:
The emphasis of the format is to both educate and equip with practical "tools in the toolbelt." The day will be a blend of education, application and creates space to utilize real world scenarios from the audience to practically apply the lessons in the material. Attendees will be heavily encouraged to provide and ask for feedback on their most challenging scenarios inside of their organizations.
Learner Assessment/Application: Our focus is always to equip attendees with practical takeaways. The session is heavily focused on real-world application of concepts with significant focus on ease of implementation post-training.
