Part one of the Jobsite Safety Essentials series will equip participants with awareness and understanding of what proper pre-planning and site-specific setup entails. Preparing the site area and office properly in the preconstruction stage sets a new project up for success.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Review the planning & placement of necessary site support equipment such as office trailer, Conex storage, fuel tanks, LP tanks, etc.
• Identify minimum documentation, first aid/CPR, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc.
• Establish safety protocols for the following:
  • Required permits
  • Fall protection
  • JHA requirements
  • Internal safety walks
  • Toolbox talks
