In order to utilize Primavera P6 to track a variety of project, activity, and resource data, you will need to be able to customize the interface configuration using layouts. The use of layouts lets you view and save different configurations of data, allowing you to switch from a cost loading view to an activity code view with just a few clicks. In this session, you will learn how to customize the P6 interface by adjusting the toolbars, menus, and tool shortcuts that appear. Looking at the Activities, Projects, and Resources screens, you will also learn how to customize the appearance of a single screen and save it as a layout for reuse.
