Knowing the warning signs is the first step — knowing what to do next is what saves lives. Session 2 moves from awareness to action, giving participants hands-on practice with intervention techniques and practical tools to apply on the job. Participants will also explore how leaders and crew members can help shift the culture of their workplace toward one where asking for help is seen as strength, not weakness.
