In this session, the presenter will review the different types of incidents and protocols for properly conducting a thorough investigation. The attendees will perform several simulated exercises to ensure their competency for the core disciplines. Attendees will take a deep dive into the different types of Root Cause Analysis, Alert Risk Assessment, SIF Analysis, Corrective Action Tracking, and Indirect Cost Analysis.
