This Project Coordinator series is designed to equip project coordinators with the essential tools, technical knowledge, and practical skills needed to support field and office operations in commercial construction. Covering everything from spec book navigation and procurement to submittals, scheduling, RFIs, and project closeout, participants will gain a 360° view of construction documentation, coordination processes, and critical communication flow. Each session focuses on actionable knowledge aligned with the day-to-day responsibilities and growing influence of the Project Coordinator role.
